The MD1100 is the smallest automatic machine for cotton pad production by ACM Engineering. It ensures the same quality standards than others models, productivity can be as high as 56 packs per minute according to the number of cotton pads per pack. The MD1100 is a compact machine that perfectly fits into a container, for this reason it is shipped ready for use, and with only some simple operations it is possible to start full production. The machine is equipped with a sound-proofing cabin that reduces noises, dirt and dust, while ensuring safety to the operator. The PLC touch-screen panel allows to act easily on all the machine parameters - such as the number of pads per pack – or check maintenance interventions and the procedures required. With the aim to meet our customers’ needs, we developed the machine MD1100V that can produce wet cotton pads packaged in jars.
